Des Moines Lake Association is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax professional. Any size gift is appreciated and acknowledged.
Donations from members who are age 70 ½ or older can contribute up to $100,000 from their IRA directly to a charity and avoid paying income taxes on the distribution. This is known as a qualified charitable distribution. It is limited to IRAs, and there are other exclusions and considerations as well. Please consult your tax professional.
Please see payment options below. Once payment is received, you will be sent to a form to fill out the name printed on the plaque. Please note that we will confirm the exact name with you before the plaque is produced.
